Quality Inn Westfield - Springfield

The room had comfortable bedding, but it was not cleaned well .

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, even so everything was good. Overall it was exceptionally clean and beautiful with a balcony. We greatly enjoyed this great hotel and did not want to leave there, 100% recommend.

It was a perfect location for us, very close to other areas as well as Westfield;))

The day check in clerk, Kristi was pleasant and a big help getting us checked in.

The very dirty mirror in the bedroom area, the broken hair dryer cord, the shower sprayed water on the ceiling, stale food for complimentary breakfast, rude clerk when my wife asked for more coffee for our room and the only way the coffee pot in our room worked was to hold the on button down. Very disappointed with Econo lodge.

Everything was nice, fairly clean hotel, comfortable and easy location close to all amenities. The staff has always been really helpful and brilliantly helpful, and the facilities were clean. Loved food selection, meals were healthy and they have a lot of options. I had real good days staying at this non-smoking venue...

Location was fantastic - just off I-90; quaint little hotel, if a bit dated.

I was near the Highway. Really convenience.

When we check-in the Lady at the front desk was nice. But next morning when we check-out the guy at the front desk has no manner.

location: the hotel was near to bars and restaraunts and the turnpike. it also was right off the thruway.

Nonsmoking room smellled strongly of covered up smoke from past days. Tub didn't drain adequately. Room flooring was filthy. Parking lot is small and access to turnpike is awkward. Located far from restaurants and other services.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the cozy King room with its comfy bed and modern amenities. The pool and fitness center were super relaxing.

We had a little scare when my mom left her purse at breakfast, but the concierge returned it right away! Super grateful for the honest help. The place was a bit outdated with some mold in the bathroom, tho. Breakfast was pretty basic-coulda used some fruit. Nice effort overall, but a few things need fixing.

Refund issues left me feeling unsupported. Management's dishonesty regarding compensation needs addressing!!! Cement that call for potential improvements!!!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly. The room wassuper clean and cozy, made for a restful night. Breakfast had a great variety, especially the waffle station. Location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions 😊
